What To Write On A 21st Card Daughters

Sahat Khadra - Green Square

So my dear readers - the curiosity about the events would be great.
Caveat: I am accredited as a diplomat in Libya and as such is subject to the Vienna Diplomatic Convention, which forbids any interference in internal affairs. Political commentary, journalistic reports, etc. are considered as such. I am moving with my blog always on a very thin line, and try not to exceed this. The aim of this blog is to give an objective picture of the economic able to identify business opportunities and for Expats (or are those who want) to show how to live here. For the latter it is sometimes important to capture moods, as only few can imagine something in Libya, and the information in the www are sparse. Should you, dear reader, after "Rumours" or "lurid stories" look, I enpfehle you Twitter, FaceBook or intelligence services a la BBC, Aljazeera.
Nevertheless, it is true, these days it is important to know for business as the location for travel and stay is. For detailed statements on the security situation, I recommend to my countrymen in any case the contact with the Austrian Embassy in Tripoli.
And now to business:
The situation in Tripoli is "festival" like the city is full of green flags, pictures of the revolutionary leader and howling men. In this respect, no protests, but pro-Gaddafi demonstration. This includes a few new photos (taken today to 13h) of the Green Square (the main square Tripoli). Very large crowds of youths, students, and those who support the revolutionary leader. also last night he ind city a very jolly, but not exciting atmosphere. So much for Tripoli. For the East of the country it means eyes and ears open and to consult just above news services.
