No wonder: it took several hours so they came up from the parking lot in the hall (if one was allowed to enter). And without a valid ticket, anyway, there were not admitted. So a bizarre situation: thousands of people emigrate, überbüchte pilots, but the seats were empty. Then came the statement that you would sell tickets at the airport, too - well, since I can only say: Good luck! A person leading the ticket sales by - only for cash, and there were already booked seats on a flight later only one week. In the first photo you see the line at the ticket counter - the ticket is issued for a person took in about 15 minutes. This could not all go out ....
Lufthansa's management has indeed given everything at the airport, but was totally overwhelmed by the situation.
