Sun ... I've just returned from Manderscheid.
It was a wonderful tournament!
A weather mix of ice, rain and sun ... a great course, great people and very good food - these are the things that come to me directly in the head.
There were animals, because I had to shoot Spot! :-) It
35 tournament participants were there, mixed in colored male, female, adolescents ... longbow, recurve and it was even a compound here (thanks Björn for free!).
On Saturday we were three - Normann (who declined to be identified), Frank and myself.
There were great shots and goals as a mix of animal requirements, 2-D targets (which here are some with strong arms "resounding" success had) and 3-D targets.
Here, the food situation and the state of MA REI came to visit us on Sunday ...

The first day I was with 417 points among the top 3, unfortunately, ran the Sunday only grow and I unfortunately was only 270 meters (total 687). Actually, the total would have been enough for the 3rd Place but somehow was awarded 3rd place with 682 points to someone ... no idea where the 5 points have been lost?
