Gall wasp of the cynipid Callirhytis Seminatore oak sapling on this - thanks to Gravity Wave for the ID. During the course of the day we saw a few other oak saplings that were affected, but it was not widespread. The things GeneRally Seemed to be clustered on a single plant. Central NJ deciduous woods.
